Selena, 51, is Teresa’s teaching partner. Her idea is to buy or make soft, colorful, 1 ¼ yard square blankets to add to the books Teresa is raising money for. Together, they will call their project, “Blankies and Books”. They want their young students to associate reading books with the comfort of their blankets.
